A Bit About Me
Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to look at my website; I hope you can learn a bit more about me, my interests, my experience, and my passion for design and engineering.
My name is Andrew Edgar, I am 26 years old and I was born and raised in the seaside town of Ayr, on the West Coast of Scotland, United Kingdom, just around the corner from the famous Rabbie Burns! In 2018, I graduated with a Masters degree in Sports Engineering with distinction, at the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow. This allowed me to explore and develop my passion for product design and development, technology, sports, and innovation. Now, I work as a Lead Engineer for Jaguar Land Rover, building world class, luxury cars. I also have 15 months of additional experience in industry working as a Manufacturing Intern for Nestle UK, FUTURE Upstream Intern for Adidas AG and a Footwear Design Intern at PUMA SE. My dream is to work for a global leader in sports product development, and I am determined to show how valuable an asset I can be.
